Join WAVE MVMT for a powerful morning of movement, worship, connection, and renewal as we gather together for our Sunrise Sculpt experience.

Start your morning with a 40-minute sculpt class designed to strengthen your body, refresh your mind, and create space to connect with God and each other. All equipment will be provided, along with cool-down towels to help you finish your experience feeling refreshed and restored.

After class, enjoy a fresh iced or hot coffee, a time of community, conversation, and inspiration featuring a 20-minute guest speaker who will encourage and challenge us in our faith, wellness, and purpose.

WAVE MVMT SUNRISE SCULPT

  • Come ready for intentional movement, worship music, encouragement, and connection. All fitness levels are welcome, and no experience is required unless otherwise noted. Attendee should be able to get up and down from the mat.

  • Please bring water, arrive early for check-in, and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. All tickets are final sale.
